HostGator – HostGator is by far my favorite web hosting provider. I have been with them for 2 years and I have no complaint. Quick, competent support, fast robust servers, does not over sell and very competitive price. I been with many other web hosting provider in the past 5 years and the web hosting provider I stayed with the longest is HostGator. I would only stay with other hosting providers for about a few months and some up to a 1 year, but I would end up leaving for some reason or another. Except for HostGator.

Many years ago when I was started looking for web hosting providers to host my web sites. It was complicated and confusing. I didn’t know which web hosting provider to go with and which one to stay away. Which web host company offers the best value and how much should I pay.

Well, ever since that time I had been using many different web-hosting companies for the past 5 years. I have gone and sign up with many web hosting providers with multiple shared web hosting accounts and up to VPS accounts. Check out the new design on HostGator’s web site. I think it is about time they finally change the design. One of the mean reasons why I didn’t sign up with HostGator earlier was because of the look of their web site. Their older design had these 3 generic pictures of servers on top of the homepage, which reminded me of those web site templates over at monstertemplates.com

Also, their older web site was still using html tables and when you add all of that up. It didn’t look very professional. So I never end up signing up with HostGator until I was hit by a Dos Attack. I eventually upgraded to the highest VPS JagourPC has to offer and yet the site was still freezing. I thank JagourPC for their quick support response but they didn’t solve my problem.
