It takes time to upgrade, especially if you are upgrading from Windows XP, you will need time to backup all your files.

If you have a desktop machine or laptop that’s more than a few years old, upgrading its hardware to support Windows 7 is likely more trouble than it’s worth.

Don’t fix what is not broken. If you are currently using XP or Vista and everything is working for you. You are happy with your current OS, there are no malwares or viruses. Then there is no good reason upgrade.
