They are the ones that send you your bills each month and their contact info should be on those bills.

Tell your local gas and electricity providers to block you from switching to any other alternative providers without notifying you first.

If you somehow did switch over to Just Energy, remember you have 30 days after you received your first to get out without having to pay any fee.
