If you live in Ontario, you have 10 days to cancel ANY door to door sales. It is the law.

Just Energy can not refuse your cancellation request within the firs t 10 days. Because it is illegal. If they refuse to cancel, contact the Ontario Energy Board and open a complaint at http://www.oeb.gov.on.ca/OEB/Consumers/Contact+Co...

Hope that helps.

You can also get a lawyer and sue them. You will win since it is your right to cancel within the first 10 days.
