You need to move outside the company&#039;s service area in order to cancel your contract without any fee. Even then, if you don&#8217;t tell them you move - they will send you to collection. 
 
So, in your case you moved to a new location and you are still in their service area even under a different local utility? If Summit Energy is license with that local utility, you are still in hook. ]]></description>
