I am trying to exit my five year contract with Just Energy and I have been slammed with a huge termination fee based on a percentage of my business annual usage volume. Do I have any rights? Is there a legal action I can take to not pay them approximately $7,000 to break my contract?

I wish I can help, but most of the information on this website is about low volume customers. I'm sure if you been mislead by Just Energy's agent you can disjointedly fight back.
For $7000, might as well get a lawyer for some advices if you felt you been deceived.
