These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Keyframe5.com and store.keyframe5.com (together, the “Site,” “Keyframe5,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, signing up for emails, downloading free guides, purchasing digital products, posting comments or other content if those features are available, or otherwise using Keyframe5 services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to Keyframe5.com, store.keyframe5.com, Keyframe5 opt-in pages, email newsletters and funnels, digital product delivery pages, and other Keyframe5 online services that link to these Terms.

Keyframe5 is a Thailand-focused content and digital product business. We publish practical Thailand information, YouTube/content resources, free guides, email newsletters, and paid digital products such as guides, ebooks, bundles, and audio editions.

The Site and our products are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, create an account, submit content, provide payment information, or enter into a transaction with Keyframe5.

Keyframe5 may sell digital guides, ebooks, audio editions, bundles, checklists, templates, downloads, and other digital products.

When you purchase a digital product, you are buying a limited personal-use license to access and use that product. You are not buying ownership of the intellectual property contained in the product.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, all digital products are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• share paid download links publicly or privately with others;
• resell, rent, sublicense, upload, publish, distribute, or give away paid products;
• copy substantial portions of paid products into other products, websites, videos, newsletters, AI training materials, databases, or datasets;
• remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or ownership information;
• claim our content, guides, writing, graphics, audio, or downloads as your own.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, redistribution, or public posting of our paid products may result in cancellation of access, refusal of future service, legal action, or other remedies available under law.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not include lifetime hosting, lifetime access, lifetime updates, future versions, personal consulting, technical support beyond reasonable delivery help, or access to future products.

We may update, revise, replace, remove, discontinue, or stop supporting products, bonuses, files, pages, delivery methods, or download systems at any time.

Digital products may contain information that changes over time. We may update products when we choose, but we do not guarantee that any product will always be current, complete, or updated after purchase.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, purchase of a guide, ebook, audio edition, bundle, checklist, template, or other digital product does not include individual consulting, personalized advice, immigration assistance, tax advice, legal review, travel planning, financial planning, property advice, healthcare advice, insurance advice, banking advice, or one-on-one support.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal and related ecommerce tools. We do not intentionally store your full credit card, bank account, or PayPal login details on our own servers.

By purchasing a product, you agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, declines, holds, account limitations, currency conversion issues, or other problems caused by payment processors, banks, card issuers, PayPal, or other third-party services.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, currency conversion fees, bank fees, payment provider fees, card issuer fees, or other charges that may apply to your purchase. We may collect taxes where required or where handled by our payment or ecommerce providers.

Digital products are normally delivered by email, secure download link, customer access page, or other digital delivery method.

Secure download links may expire after a limited period. Please download and save your files promptly after purchase.

You are responsible for checking the email address used at checkout, including Spam, Junk, Promotions, Updates, or similar folders. If you do not receive your download email within a reasonable time, contact us at support@keyframe5.com.

We may use tools such as WP eStore, PayPal, MailerLite, Zapier, or similar systems to process, record, automate, and deliver digital products.

Prices, bundles, discounts, launch offers, product names, product contents, bonuses, and availability may change at any time.

We may correct pricing errors, product errors, broken links, checkout issues, or inaccurate descriptions at any time.

A price shown on one page, email, old video, old screenshot, or old promotion may no longer be available. Current checkout pricing controls unless we clearly state otherwise.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once access, download links, or files have been delivered, unless a product page, checkout page, or separate refund policy states otherwise.

If a product page, checkout page, or separate refund policy gives specific refund terms, those terms control for that product.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as duplicate purchase, technical delivery failure, accidental purchase, or other reasonable circumstances.

We may refuse refunds where there is evidence of abuse, excessive refund requests, product access followed by refund demand, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, or other bad-faith activity.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@keyframe5.com so we can try to resolve it.

If you open a chargeback, payment dispute, PayPal dispute, or similar claim, we may provide transaction records, delivery records, download logs, email records, IP records, support messages, and other relevant information to the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or dispute platform.

We may suspend access to products, downloads, emails, or future purchases while a dispute is pending.

If you sign up for a free guide, checklist, newsletter, product update, email sequence, or other opt-in offer, you agree that we may send you the requested content, follow-up emails, practical Thailand information, product offers, updates, and related Keyframe5 communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop transactional or service-related emails, such as purchase receipts, download links, support replies, account notices, refund communications, security notices, or important product delivery information.

The content on the Site, in our emails, videos, free guides, paid guides, ebooks, audio editions, downloads, and related materials is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site or in our products should be treated as legal, tax, immigration, financial, investment, medical, insurance, real estate, accounting, or other professional advice.

Thailand rules, visa procedures, tax interpretations, banking policies, property practices, healthcare systems, travel rules, and government procedures may change, may vary by location, and may depend on your personal facts.

You are responsible for verifying important information with official sources, qualified professionals, government offices, licensed advisors, lawyers, accountants, tax professionals, immigration professionals, medical professionals, insurance providers, banks, or other appropriate experts before making decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid to Keyframe5 for the product or service giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keyframe5, its owner, operators, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, affiliates, and related parties from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• your infringement or violation of any rights of another person or entity;

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, some parts of these Terms may not apply to you, and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and any dispute related to these Terms, the Site, Keyframe5 emails, Keyframe5 products, or any purchase from Keyframe5 are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding related to these Terms, the Site, Keyframe5 emails, Keyframe5 products, or any purchase from Keyframe5 will be brought in the competent courts of Thailand.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.
