A group of sales people want you to change gas and electric provider. However, some residents who have dealt with them said they are deceitful.

This company is called Just Energy and if you talk to some of residents who had dealt with their sale people they will tell you that are just pushy and just deceptive.
This is the kind of paperwork they want us sign.
Marcel Kitissou said two Just Energy sale people approached his home.
One young guy and one girl and the girl was practically silence, but the guy was very pushy.
Pushy and the fact that they really wanted Kitissou’s personal information.
Pushing to have our information about the (natural gas and electricity) bill and they were trying to prove that there was something wrong with the bill and we’ll have a better deal if we sign the agreement with them.
But is it really a better deal?
First, the disclosure statement of the paperwork clearly reads. “This agreement does not guarantee financial savings…”
Told me this is very fishy, we are not going to do this.
Some of Kitissou’s neighbors told us the same thing. So we called the company, we were transferred about four times before we got to a desk of someone who deals with the media.
So we left a message.
About 20 after 3 Thursday afternoon, I wonder if you can get back to us in your earliest convenience. My number is 315-793… we did not get a call back.
The company is on the Better Business Bureau website but they get a F rating. They had 81 complaints filed against them.
Just from what you went through, would you recommend us?
No, we will not recommend them. No.
Now other residents we talked to today in South Utica said they were contacted by Just Energy via telephone, but they ask the same questions about their electric bill.
Again, we did not received a call back from the company regarding this story. Bill.
