I recently submitted a complaint to the Public Utility Commission of Texas, concerning Just Energy, I sent all the information to them that was given to me, all the promises, and made agreements. Signed sealed and delivered. I went here for help because where do the consumer go. I was told after 21 days that they had conducted an Investigation, and based on their findings, the actions of Just Energy were consistent with Substantive Rules, and that I should contact Just Energy to make further arrangements concerning their policy, and pricing plans.
When the Rep. of Just Energy came to my home and we spoke concerning switching, and at the time I didn’t qualify for the fix rate, so the Rep got on the phone suspossibly to clear this up, said I would have to wait for 90 days before being switched to the fixed rate. That’s not the way they explained it to the Utility Commission of Texas, I was found in the wrong by the Customer Protection Division, against a Company who is a “FRAUD” and have frauded a lot of people like my self. I hope and pray they get get better help than I got, so now tell me where do the Consumer (Customer) go?
