Corner Bristro is a Western/European restaurant. It was just minutes' walk from my apartment. I walked by the restaurant many times for the first few months but I never ate there because I prefer Thai and Asian food. I eventually ate there during my last month in Chiang Mai when things got a lot quieter.

#5 Saturday Night Market at Wua Lai Road

This night market opens every Saturday evening at Wua Lai Road, just south of the Chiang Mai old city. Open from 4pm to midnight.
I normally go there after 8pm because that's when the sun is down and it's not as hot.
At the north end of the market, there are all sorts of food vendors offering local Thai cuisines. Like mango sticky rice, the world famous pad Thai, BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, seafood and more. There are many fresh fruit smoothie stalls and other vegetarian dishes.
Some dishes can cost as low as 20 baht, or up to 300 to 400 baht for seafood.
Once you finish eating, you can go do some shopping in the night market.

#2 Mexican Restaurant (Salsa Kitchen)

This is an amazing Mexican Restaurant (Salsa Kitchen) just minutes' walk from my apartment. The reason I first went to eat here was because it was too hot to walk to the mall to eat at my usual food court. Also, I don't eat a lot of Mexican food. Where I grew up, there aren't many Mexican restaurants around and I prefer to eat at Chinese, Thai, and Asian restaurants.

Hi,
I will be traveling to Chiang Mai in October and was wondering as to how can I go about finding that SPicy Thai Sausage place you mentioned in your video?
Hi John, I’m sorry we don’t know the address. It was some random side restaurant we went to. Even if we have the address, there is no guarantee the place will still be open.
What I can tell you… it was near the Giant Tree House. I remember it was on our way down from there that we ate at the restaurant.

You can try finding other vendors inside Chiang Mai City. A lot of street vendors offer the Spicy Thai Sausages, although it doesnt taste as good as the one in the video.
Hey,
THis definitely is a great clue, thanks for that. I know this will be a little annoying but do you by any chance remember the name of the road or the hwy that this restaurant was on?
Sorry for the late reply. I dont know the name of the road or highway. I didn’t drive.
