How do I know, when my contract ends. I do not even remember signing the contract. Was tricked to switch – I was told our energy and gas bill will be on one = so we can save the paper. Nothing else will change – suddenly we were with Direct energy. Thank you

The expiry date should be on your contract. Usually between 1-5 years in a fixed rate contract for natural gas and/or electricity.
If you don't have a copy of your Direct Energy contract. Contact the company and ask about it.
If you pass your expiry date and you are still with Direct Energy without any notice. Tell Direct Energy to cancel your account and they will have it cancel without any fee.
