Trying to get hold of them but it is impossible to cancel agreement I have to do it before 10 days.
Set up a five(5) year contract with promise to save, while gouging instead, when gas prices have come way down and now giving an option to get a blended rate but you have to renew at another five(5) year contract. If I can find a way out I am gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My father was a subscriber. When I called to tell them he had passed away they asked for a death certificate which I sent. I just recently got a notice that they sent his bill ($300) to a collections agency.
